I usually cook this on the stove top but I was worried we may lose power so I wanted to cook it super quick. The InstantPot saved the day!
You DO NOT need an InstantPot for this! You’ll just want to simmer it on the stove an hour or so after you add all of your ingredients.
This is super versatile & you can add whatever you have to it! Hot dogs? Sausage? A WHOLE LOTTA CHEESE? =D
I made a double batch so use 1/2 to make a regular batch
For the chili:
3LBS ground beef
4 links Chorizo
1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes
1 can Ro-Tel
1 can tomato paste
2 cups beef broth
4 TB Worcestershire sauce
1/4c chili powder
1 heaping teaspoon garlic powder
1 heaping teaspoon onion powder
1 tsp minced onion
1 tsp salt (to taste)
2 tsp pepper (to taste)
1/2tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp cumin
A few obscene dashes of hot sauce
1 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp pink himalayan salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 large eggs
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp sour cream
Air Fry 400 degrees for 6-ish minutes
