Recovery after a disaster doesn’t end when the news cameras leave. After the debris has settled, the media has moved on to the next story, and the initial aid has been exhausted, far too many families are left without resources, sufficient insurance coverage, or a helping hand to get back on their feet.
For the first time ever, Reach Out WorldWide is expanding our outreach to include continued support for those affected by disasters around the US. To launch this program, our Team is completing a full home rehab for the Longoria Family: a veteran and first responder who was recently flooded by Tropical Storm Imelda in southeast Texas. Next, our team will travel back to Paradise, CA to continue rebuild efforts for those affected by the Camp Fire: the deadliest fire in California history. This campaign would not be possible without the incredible support from ROWW’s Official Disaster Relief Partner, Lowe’s.
Recovery takes months, if not years. Please contribute to this campaign at donate.roww.org/homeforHeROWWs to help our veterans and others get back on their feet after disaster strikes. Thank you for your help.
