...HANNA CONTINUES TO PRODUCE TROPICAL-STORM FORCE WIND GUSTS ALONG 
THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN TEXAS COAST...

NOAA buoy 42020 recently reported sustained winds of 56 mph (90 
km/h) and a gust to 63 mph (101 km/h) near the southwest eyewall of 
Hanna at a height of 12 ft (3.7 m).
